Refund & Return Policy (7 Days) – Artificial Jewelry

At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return and refund policy on all artificial jewelry purchases.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if marked non-returnable)

3. Return Process

  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit (as applicable).

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.

  • Exchange requests must be made within the 7-day return period.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please contact us for assistance.
